Stewart Scullion
Scullion made his debut for Watford at the young age of 19 years and became an instant hit at the club. Scullion had two spells playing for Watford, the first being between 1966 and 1970. The second period was between 1973 and 1976. He was a key member of the Watford first team that earned promotion at the end of the 1968-69 season and he scored a vital goal in Watford’s famous 1-1 draw against the mighty Manchester United away at Old Trafford, to this day, one of Watford’s greatest ever results.

Tom Walley
Walley joined Watford at the start of the 1966-67 season and became an instant success at the club. He was inspirational during the 1968-69 season which saw Watford gain promotion. He instantly became a regular fixture in the Watford starting line up since arriving at the club and spent eleven season with the club, one of Watford’s most loyal ever servants. He retired from playing football in the late 70’s and later on became a coach at Watford, working with Graham Taylor. |
